"Shopper beware! So I like to start positive I was with this company 3 years or so and rates were decent. Then I had a sudden surge in rate with no explanation, my driving record is clean now here is the problem! THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED MY POLICY OVER 2 WEEKS AGO…. I ALREADY KNOW THEY ARE SENDING VERY LITTLE BACK. BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED THEY PUSHED THE DAYS OUT BY 3 NOT THE DAY I CANCELED MEANING LESS OF A REFUND. Maybe NOT THE OFFICE AS A WHOLE BUT WHOMEVER FRAUDULENTLY PUSHED THE DATE OUT AND HAVENT SENT MY CHECK YET YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. THAT IS ALL BY THE WAY MY RATE DROPPED $60 to A MORE REALISTIC COST with the competition."
